Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and JJ TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing or playing One More Tree mobile game, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use One More Tree for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute or sell any part of our game or assets.

2. User Conduct

While using our game:

• You may not use cheats, bots, hacks, scripts or third-party tools to alter game progress or gain unfair rewards.
• You may not harass, insult, threaten or abuse other players during in-game social interactions.
• You cannot use the game for any illegal, offensive or commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for all activities under your game profile.

3. In-Game Assets & Virtual Items

All in-game energy, tree decorations, Lucky Jar rewards and virtual items are licensed to you. They do not hold real-world monetary value. We retain full ownership of all virtual assets. We reserve the right to adjust game balance, features and rewards at any time.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update or suspend the game temporarily without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items caused by service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All game art, characters, texts, logos, music and code belong to JJ TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS, LLC. You cannot reuse our intellectual property without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties about performance, bug-free operation or continuous availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of One More Tree. This clause applies within the limits of applicable local law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the game ends and your in-game virtual progress may be removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continuing to play after updates means you accept the new Terms.
